Purpose and eligibility
SourceEU connects businesses with European manufacturers. Accounts are for adults acting for a business or a professional project with authority to represent it. SourceEU does not manufacture, act as an escrow service or become a party to production contracts. Buyers and suppliers agree specifications, confidentiality, prices, delivery and production payments directly. Registration and buyer access are free; manufacturers may choose the paid features shown on the plans page. No subscription guarantees enquiries, orders, revenue or verification.
Accounts, profiles and access
Keep your details accurate and protect your credentials. Visitors see anonymous manufacturer previews. A registered account with a confirmed email can view company names and full profiles without paying. Supplier profiles require review before publication. Verification records a review of evidence, not a guarantee of quality, solvency or compliance. Buyer readiness is self-declared and can be updated in account settings; it is not a prediction or credit rating. Project information is shared with selected participants, not the public directory.
Subscriptions and complimentary access
Paid manufacturer plans renew monthly at the price and tax treatment displayed before confirmation in Stripe. Check the plan, billing details and amount before accepting. Production costs are separate. Complimentary access lasts until the date shown in your workspace. An offer alone does not authorise payment: a paid subscription requires your express confirmation in checkout. Without an accepted subscription, the account returns to its free limits when the offer ends. Subscription status and payment records are available in Plan & billing.
Cancellation, billing and support
You can cancel renewal through the Stripe portal in Plan & billing; access continues until the end of the current paid period shown there. Deleting an account does not replace subscription cancellation. Report incorrect or duplicate charges to support with the payment reference, never card details. Refund requests are reviewed individually, without limiting mandatory rights. The operator issues tax invoices through Portugal’s Portal das Finanças; a Stripe payment receipt is not a substitute for the applicable tax invoice. Contact support for invoice corrections or service complaints.
Content, moderation and applicable law
Share only material you may lawfully use. You retain ownership and grant SourceEU permission to store, display and transmit it as needed to provide the service to the intended audience. Impersonation, unlawful content, spam, scraping private profiles and bypassing access controls are prohibited. Report abuse through support with the relevant link and explanation. We may restrict harmful content or accounts, explain the decision where lawful, and review an appeal by email. Portuguese law applies, subject to mandatory rules and competent courts. Changes affecting an existing subscription will be notified before taking effect; statutory rights and liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
