A reviewer assesses company identity, business location, domain and contact details, and supporting documentation. The review can request additional information and records the evidence used and the decision.
Clear review states
A profile may be Unverified, Verification Pending, Verified, Rejected or Needs Information. Only a reviewer can assign Verified. Changes to company information return the profile for review.
What the badge does not mean
Verification is not a guarantee of product quality, regulatory compliance, financial standing, delivery or commercial performance. Certification claims must be checked for scope, issuing body and validity.
Your sourcing checks still matter
Request appropriate samples and supporting documents, assess the supplier against your requirements and agree the contract, specifications and payment terms before production.
Report a concern
If company details appear inaccurate or you have a concern about a conversation, submit a support request. Provide the company name, relevant reference and the information that needs review.
